How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Icerib is quick and easy. Simply browse our website, choose the products you want to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to complete your order, proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to enter your billing and shipping details, select a payment method, and finalize your purchase.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. This includes changing the items in the order, shipping address, or payment method.
Is there a shipping fee?
Yes, we charge a flat rate of $5.75 for all orders within the USA. This fee covers the cost of packaging, handling, and shipping to ensure that your order is delivered safely and efficiently. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
